Ship Arrestor Replacement: Supported the large-scale removal and replacement of both the East and West ship arrestor gates, a critical safety component for maritime traffic control.

Mechanical Infrastructure: Overseed the construction of new mechanical buildings for each arrestor gate, housing the essential systems required for operation.

Quality Control Management: Provided a dedicated Quality Control Manager to ensure all construction, mechanical installations, and material specifications met stringent federal standards.

Remote Facility Logistics: Managed technical oversight within a 100+ year-old remote location, coordinating closely with OCCI to maintain schedule and safety protocols.
